Cardealership.ai does not guarantee sales results, appointment outcomes, customer satisfaction, or lead conversion rates. The Services do not replace human oversight, legal review, compliance obligations, or dealership operational judgment. You are solely responsible for ensuring that AI usage complies with dealership policies, OEM requirements, call recording laws, TCPA regulations, and consumer protection standards.
You retain ownership of all customer data, call recordings, leads, communications, and other content you provide through the Services ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant Cardealership.ai a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, transmit, and use Your Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and support the Services.
Cardealership.ai may use aggregated or anonymized data derived from Your Content to enhance platform performance, reporting, analytics, and AI model optimization. Any feedback you provide regarding the Services may be used by Cardealership.ai without restriction or compensation.
